CHARLES R. “CHUCK” DUVALL, JR.
Chuck Duvall was born in Frederick County, Virginia. After attending public schools in Frederick County, he went to Randolph Macon College, in Ashland, Virginia, where he received a BA Degree in History.
Chuck has worked extensively as a lobbyist with the Virginia General Assembly since the 1970’s. His client list includes among others: Hospital Corporation of America (HCA), Virginia Dental Association, Virginia Wine Wholesalers Association, Inc., 7-ELEVEN, Inc., Virginia Beverage Association, Virginia Taxicab Association, Waste Management, WestRock and Pfizer, Inc.
Chuck has been a member of the Rotary Club of Richmond since 1981. Prior to that, he was a member of the Rotary Club of Winchester, VA and served as a member of a Group Study Exchange to Australia.
Chuck and his wife, Linda, reside in Henrico County. Chuck and Linda have 5 children and 10 grandchildren.
