Todd Martin, Treasurer
Todd has been a member of The Rotary Club of Richmond since 2010 and is the President & CEO of GRASP, Great Aspirations Scholarship Program since 2020.
GRASP is a 501c3 nonprofit educational foundation working in 117 high schools in Virginia helping students and parents navigate the financial aid system in applying to college and awards over $400,000 in scholarships annually in Virginia.
Prior to GRASP, Todd worked in youth development through a 30-year career with the Boy Scouts of America in Heart of Virginia Council. Todd is a:
